I'm looking for a taller front sight for my CZ. I notice the Kadet front sights come in three different heights. Will these sights fit on a CZ75? How about the CZ TS fixed front sight (7.5mm), will it fit?

If you have stock sights there are different height rear sights not front sights. The rear sight is numbered on the bottom side. As for the sights from the kadet and TS I don't know. Mark

my first question is why? does it shoot high and you are trying to lower the point on impact.
cz custom has a range of fiber optic front sight heights to do just that. they also do a 7.5 plain steel sight that would need to be filed down to match your point of impact.

yes..the TS front sight will fit.
depending on what you have now and what you are trying to adjust. CZ make a 5.5mm, 6.0mm, 6.5mm in Fiber optic and the 7.5 TS plain black and FO front.
also Dawson Precision is making front sights in a lot of height both with fiberoptic and plain black.

I need the taller sight because I've installed a taller rear sight similar to the CZ tactical sight. Now I need a front sight that's about 7mm tall (from the bottom of the base). I'm not a big fan of FO sights so I'm looking for something similar to the oem sight but taller. The CZUSA sights are reasonable ($9) for a Kadet or TS front. The Kadet sights come in three sizes ranging from .257"-.289" high but the TS sight height is not specified The middle Kadet sight is .270' which is very close to 7mm.

TS sight is 7.5mm I believe.
Dawson has front sights that are .215 ( top of slide to top of sight ) tall
