For quality..they are pretty much the same gun...just a size difference. The PCR is a very high quality gun.  Same sights on the Compact and standard B' models.  The PCR's Novak style sights are a better sight than the standards, IMO.
As far as accuracy is concerned they are both way more accurate than me.  My Compact was every bit as accurate as the fullsize guns I have shot and I hear the same things about the PCR.  Shoot well

Both are quality weapons. The PCR would be better compared to the 75B Civilian Model though. For the money they cannot be beat for quality and accuracy.
Really hard to beat accuracy at any price unless you get a highly modified gun.
The PCR's sights are more snag resistant and sporty. However I'm told the 75B sights are a great improvement over the original 75 sights.
