Post by: weemsf on February 01, 2002, 10:49:49 PM
Just sent my slide from my 75 Compact to CZ-USA to have Mike install a set of PT night sights and throat my barrel.  Will let you know how it went ASAP.

Weemsf,
Let us know how it turns out...I have heard they do good work. I want good sights....but dont think I need nights.
My throating was nicely done locally....looks good.

I want to have my gun melted" for carry.  I also would like to have the front and backstrap done with 30 lpi or snakescales.
If I have these done, I will have to refinish my gun...maybe 2 tone....hmmmmmmm  The down fall is it will only cost as much as I paid for the gun to have it done.....oh well.

Shoot well

I ended up passing on the night sights in favor of a transmission - dagnabbit. I have sat and thought like Pooh Bear, and basically figured out that this pistol is perfect the way it came from the factory, and why mess with perfection. So, I'll just get my pennies together for a set of Hakans checkered grips, and call it a day.

Please psot them in CZ SHOP.

make the link: name, adress ,phone number, email.. and any info that you can provide about their

That section is open for anyone to post  LINKS for products or service that enhance our CZs.

If you have to refinish your gun, think about Teflon.  I had my BDM done in two tone OD green frame with black operating levers and the slide done in black.  Looks like it means business.  Cost $150 shipping and refinishing.

Traded my 8045D and some cash for a transmission recently myself.  However, since then, a little exttra cash has trickled my way and I am looking for more "iron."

Mike has just finished my Compact slide and barrel.  He did the barrel work under warranty (Thanks a Zillion!) and I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my new PT Night Sights outfitted Compact slide.

Eric:

Sold my Cougar 45ACP to help with the transmission repair.  The shop helped me out because I am a local pastor (having been the shop foreman's pastor and friend helped too).  Some extra cash came my way and I just had to have the sights.

Some clutch plate thing-a-mabob busted in that front-wheel drive auto that messed everything up internally, but it is just fine now.  Only a grand including Cougar as part of that amount.

I will post some pics as soon as it gets back to me.  Hope it is soon!

Got a problem with the Digital camera, but will post some pics this weekend.  Let me just say this, if you like the way the sights on the PCR look, you will love these.  Instead of going forward from the dovetail, they sweep backward and end just at the heel of the slide.  What a sight picture they have!

great! can we use some of thos pics for the CZ SHOP's  P-T NITES link page??

www.angelfire.com/id/projectsafestarsap/czmmc.html (http://www.angelfire.com/id/projectsafestarsap/czmmc.html)
Nice decision on the P-Ts i'm glad they they fit the compact so well.

I know the sights cost money, but they Really enhance your gun. The
fact that they add to your defensive ability is a plus.
I see that they are advertising I.W.I PT-NITES on South Africa now.

Cuztom Cee-Zeds are soo nice! lol look at that word..

for the .380..9mm Mak and 9mm one doesn't realy need adjustable nights..nor
with the eventual .357 SIG as most will stick with the superb 125 gr. loads.

.40s and .45 offers more variety in bullet weights.

MMC and P-T NITES for your baby....CZlide Into Accuracy!!!
