Well after much lusting, I purchased a PCR today, spent some time this PM breaking it down, czeching it out. So far I am pleased.
When I was putting it away I noticed the the box indicates "black polymer" which I assume is referencing Polycoat finish.
I hope to get to the range this weekend to enjoy shooting this little number. REALLY like the length and feel of the DA trigger - not too long and not too stiff and the fact that the SA pull is not too short - action is as Goldilocks would say "is just right"
Hey, they even included a plastic and rubber casing for dry firing - smart move!!
Now the problems: will have to start running from across the room to slam the gun safe door shut; and which of the three dogs will have to give up the dog house so I can have a place to sleep when "SHE who must be obeyed" goes over the next charge bill.

Congratulations!
As soon as your wife thinks it is safe to let you hold onto the charge card again, pick up a pair of Hakan's grips :-)
They are the only doohickey that really seems to improve the PCR - everything else I've tried just detracts from the PCR (imo).

Congrats on your purchase. Hope you are not in the doghouse too long. Hakan's grips will improve anything you put them on. He's a master at making good wood into something beautiful.
