OK, sports fans, I've got a problem and I'm hoping one or another of you has the answer for me -
I just took delivery of my (almost) "new" CZ 75 Compact. Looks great, great trigger (maybe a little work needed) - everything everyone said it would be - EXCEPT - the grips are the PITS!!! There's no place for my thumb to go. It just isn't ergonomically correct (politically, but not ergonomically). I've got to find some kind of after-market grips for it. This way, it almost hurts to shoot it.
I have a set of Hogue finger-groove grips for a standard CZ-75, but they're about 10mm too long in the handle, and they feel like they don't want to fit all the way around the Compact handle. Anyway, they will either require some major modification to "adjust" or I've got to find someone who makes a set specifically for the CZ-75 Compact.
Any suggestions??

If it needs to be right and look good, definately ask Hakan. Look at his site, and see what he does. I'll have a set soneday soon for my Compact too.

PS, Are these the standard plastic grips you have?
