Hey guys, this is probably a silly question but Ive been wanting to get a SA and I wanted to know if the SA has the safety half cock notch that all the other CZ 75s have. I know it would be pointless for a SA gun to have but I know it also a safety feature for if the hammer is released without the trigger being pulled or something along those lines.
The main reason I want to know is because the half cock notch makes disassembly a breeze on my SP-01s. Pulling the slide up to the hammer with it at half cock makes the lines on the frame and hammer line up perfectly to take out the slide stop and wanted to know if the SA has that convenience as well :-\

Yes, my stock B-SA has a Half Cock Hook

My stock B-SA made in 2011 does NOT have half cock hooks. But all you need is a CGW hammer and you will get HC.

75 shadow has half cock.

It won't fire from that position will it? Doesn't make sense to me but I am no gunsmith.

With my B-SA, the Trigger does drop the Hammer from the Half Cocked Hook
Haven't had it fire, as of yet

Ok so I guess we can conclude that earlier models had it but later ones like justiw's don't. Just what I needed to know thanks for the replies guys! ;D
