If the stock recoil spring is 13lbs, what weight is used for the "10mm" version? If the 97B can handle 10mm, it should also be able to handle 45 Super, right? 8)

True! A 20 lb Recoil Spring would work for that.
My EAA Witness .45 Super Conversion uses an 18 lb Wolff Recoil Spring AND a Sprinco Recoil Buffer. That could work for a Cz97B as well.
