Making a list of websites to start checking on a regular basis in hopes of finding a Kadet kit. What sites do you recommend I include on my list?
Thanks

Unfortunately, Gunbroker is probably your best bet for finding one. The problem is you're bidding against other guys wanting something that isn't readily available. Last one sold for over $500.
If your timing is right, the best place to buy one is on the classifieds here on this forum. You just have to be first in line when one pops up.

Keep an eye on the Classifies here
There are a couple dealer listing them (new) and Members post them (used) now and then there
CZCustom gets them in a lot, so you can ask Stuart or Angus to let you know when they get them in
Remember, when it comes to used;
A Kadet and a Kadet 2 are very much the same, other than the K2 will function with an Omaga Trigger System where the K1 will not

There are a couple on Gunbroker as we speak.

Saw a Kadet kit sitting in a gun shop display case today. New. Kadet 1, not a 2.

Don't suppose you'd care to share the info?

Keep an eye on Damascus Guns: http://damascusgunshop.com/shop/pistols/cz-75-conversion-kit.html They get them in batches.

Saw two posted on armslist.com few days ago. Under 400.

Hiya, ran across a dealer here that says he has a tuned spo1 and kadet kit for sale, maybe worth a look if in the market for either. Be well

According to CZ, they are putting out about 200 in mid-August and another 250 in November, 2013 some time. No idea how these will be distributed, or how many might be held back for direct sale on CZ's web site, however the back order demand from third-party vendors is approaching 700, so many will not get one this year. That's why I bit the bullet (pun intended - I could have said pulled the trigger) and bid on a new one on Gun Broker which I got for slightly over $500 and then cancelled my February order at Midway (which was for $410). I figured I would rather have one now, than not know if I was ever going to get one. I had stocked up on .22LR ammo before the shortage hit, so I'm good to go, and with the cost saving on ammo, I will easily average down my overpayment with more range time at less cost. This item is going to be scarce for the foreseeable future, so my suggestion is grab one if you can.

I got mine about a week ago. My advice is to go to as many sites that you find a "notify me" and sign up. Midway USA even let me backorder.
Good luck and good hunting
