So i pulled apart my kadet 2 pistol and found some rusting inside that hole
it doesint seem to be an easy spot to get to so i was wondering what would be the best way to attack this problem

Find a round brush that will fit and scrub it out.
Hoppe's, CLP, WeaponShield, etc should take care of it.
Just leave a thin coat of something in there to keep it from happening again.

would froglube work?

Brass bore brush and CLP. No idea about Froglube.

I use these:

One to clean it, then one to lube it
