The man was walking his dogs in a Washington (state) park and a cop harrasses him.  watch video and see the CZ-82 he packs.  Right on bro!!!!

Glad the case was settled properly. Sad that it went down the way it did and luckily cooler heads prevailed. Definitely the city needs to review their training program. This case could have ended tragically and there was virtually no crime committed to begin with.

Always scares me when cops don't know the laws or just don't give a bleep enough to learn them. Even Philly cops harass people to-this-day even though its legal to carry there.
18 Pa.C.S. ? 6108: Carrying firearms on public streets or public property in Philadelphia
No person shall carry a firearm, rifle or shotgun at any time upon the public streets or upon any public property in a city of the first class unless:
(1) such person is licensed to carry a firearm; or
(2) such person is exempt from licensing under section 6106(b) of this title (relating to firearms not to be carried without a license).
