Title: New 97B
Post by: nightfall on September 01, 2013, 10:49:09 AM
I just purchased this gun yesterday from the LGS and didn't notice a couple blemishes in the black polycoat until i got home. Not sure if this is something i need to worry about. The receipt i have is pretty generic just showing the date and price and dont know if it would be acceptable to CZ for warranty issues.

Okay I went back to the gun show today and had the guy write up an actual invoice for the gun. Maybe i am being overly cautious but when you register the gun on the CZ it tells you to make a copy of your reciept in case of warranty repairs because the original will fade. I can live with the blemish but being that its a new gun i feel it should be better he P-01 i bought 2 weeks ago has a perfect finish. I did manage to squeeze in some time at the range today and it shoots very accurate and smooth this thing is a tank it sure doesn't feel like 45 recoil. I am not a big guy and the gun feels very natural and comfortable to me. I will report back with a range report when i can get more trigger time.
