Title: another CZ follwed me home yesterday.

I went into a LGS... I had been eyeballing a CZ75b compact for a couple months now.  it was 479, but the cz75bd compact was 529 (decocker 50 bucks more???). 

I did my normal walk around, handled it again... told him I'd take it... he goes to the back and tells me that this was the last one.  I said the display that has been here for months with everyone handling it and dry firing it?  he said yup..  I said let me think about it.. he says ok, I can do 5% since its the last one and the display.  It just so happened I had a 60 dollar gift card to this place... sure, wrap it up.... so they way my head see's it, it cost me 399.. lol

size comparison between a full size CZ75B.  full size holds 16+1 and the compact hold 14+1.

That was a good deal.  I would buy one for that price.

How do you like the Rock Island compact?

I love it...  its 9mm with a massive bull barrel, its heavy but it was my favorite shooter until the cz's came back into my life... lol

That's a great deal. The one I handled was $515.00 plus tax. I admit. I am still tempted in getting it since it seems to be harder and harder to find. Congratulations!
