Looks like its supposed to appeal to the female shooter.... I asked my wife if she liked it and she said "hell no"..... her words exactly....
Anyway, I thought it was interesting.. very ugly though....

But it's ribbed for pleasure and sparkly, what's not to love?

That is almost exactly like a SARB6P Compact, if not the same. I bought one a few weeks ago and my niece wanted it so I let her have it.
I shared the above comment with my wife, who is sitting in bed drinking her coffee. She didn't laugh but it sent her off thinking about something... ::)

Sometimes I wonder if things like this are made and marketed in limited numbers to find out if there is a true market for them. The only reason I don't care for it is because it kinda makes it look like a toy and we all know firearms are definitely not toys.
If they are not a good seller the manufacturer can have them sent back and have the polymer switched out with standard black and re-serialized.

I agree Bishop it is ugly!
I don't know if it is so much interesting as much as Psychedelic.
And as far as the wife goes she just stepped in and said "EWWWW! nasty!"
I dont think she would handle it let alone shoot it.

It does look like a clone of the Sarsilmaz B6P. Top pic is the Witness, bottom pic is my wife's B6P.

I have no experience with any Witness handguns but the SAR B6P is a great shooting handgun. My wife's did cost more at a little over $400 but I have seen all black versions online for less than $300.

Jim; the B6P compact and full size are still on sale at CDNN for $250. It was $262 shipped to my FFL locally.

Girly-gun or not, I like that Imperial one.

That is VERY tempting. I wouldn't mind a full size B6P myself for a "truck gun". I wonder if full size CZ mags would work in the full size SAR. ;D

I have read that they do, however, in my SAR K2P, I've only been able to use the Mec-Gar 17 and 19 rounders. My Mec-Gar 16 rounders don't quite reach the Magazine Latch.

I got a 19 rounder the other day for my K2P, I gotta say, I love the bit of extension on the bottom of the mag. I've got pretty long fingers, and its quite comfortable that way. I gotta say, I was a bit dubious with the SAR brand, as I'd never really heard much about them, but after shooting a friends B6B, I really liked the overall fit and feel of the weapon, I went with the K2P only because I found it second hand for a fair bit under retail, and the gun didn't look to have any real wear on it (no holster wear, and the barrel looked like new). I've probably put close to 1-200 rounds through it at the range, getting it sighted in, and getting used to the trigger, and I'm quite happy.
