Hi Guys. I am looking at getting a compact CZ, but I don't have any gun stores nearby that carry these! What is the "light alloy" fram made of? I am assuming this is a steel alloy. Or is it an aluminum alloy?
Also, since I don't have any to hold before I may make the plunge, I am curious as to how much room there is between the bottom of the trigger guard and the end of the grip. I want to be sure my fingers don't feel scrunched. Does anyone know another mainstream gun that feels similar to this one? I currently shoot a Sig P226.
Thanks for any info you can provide

The frame of the PCR is stated as Alloy..is doesnt give the breakdown..its an aluminum base. The Compact is a steel framed gun...no alloy. Most steel based alloys...stainless etc are still just referred to as Steel. Just about any Alloy referred to will be a composition of Aluminum etc.
The grip on my PCR from the bottom of the trigger guard to the bottom of the grip is approx. 2 1/4"..its hard to measure because of the contour. Its shorter than your 226 and larger grip than a 239....I have large paws for hands and I fit 3 fingers in just fine.
Shoot well
