I wanted to see if this item is sold separately?  I would like to get a hold of 2 of these plastic pieces.

Thanks Widge.  I bought one of those and did not like it.  I was looking more for something like these:

Thanks for the link cntrydawwwg!  I was going to buy another set of extended magazines but now I can re-use and re-purpose a couple of my P01 mags. I used them before on my RAMI but didn't care for the metal gap in between.  I really liked the extended mags even for edc.  It doesn't really bother me throughout the day.

Here's how it looks on my CZC Rami - Trigger, Hammer, and SRT done.  CZC did an awesome job tuning her up.  The base pad looks chunky but softer.  I have some flat/flush ones laying around.

Welcome. Thanks for the info. I didn't realize they would work with the P01 mags and fit perfect. So  do they have to be factory P01 or will mecgars work the same?

The extension should work with all compact mags (14rd 9mm or 12rd .40).  Some of the compact mags have trouble staying in the RAMIs.  It has to do with the placement of the notch in the mag for the mag release.  A few people slightly enlarged the notch and were able to get the mags to work for their RAMIs.  There are some older threads on it that I just haven't found yet.
