I sold my Glock 35 last week and today ordered a CZ 75B Omega, a real pistol. ;) My Compact 75D shoots so very well and has such great ergonomics, I wanted to try the full size model for the steel matches we have each month. It will also be used for lots of range time. ;D Now the waiting begins.

Very nice! Good choice of getting a real gun this time ;)

Picked it up this P.M. and really like so far as it has a very good single action trigger pull. :) The double action pull is very heavy, much heavier than my 75D. Can't wait to try it out at the range which will probably be Sunday. The dots on the sights had a greenish color to them instead of the usual white and when I carried it into a dark room they glowed as I expected. I don't believe they are actually night sights because of the absence of tritium vials. Any information on them would be appreciated.

I dropped the Cajun Gun Works mainspring/ extended firing pin kit in mine and it really lightened things up. Haven't made up my mind on the sights yet.

I love my 75B! I put the rubber Hogue grips on, since I have big hands, and it is soooo comfortable.
I bought my wife a CZ82... but once she fired my 75 ( .40) she no longer wants the 82!!
Ouch!
Congrats on the new addition!

Congrats! A friend let me try her 75B and I couldn't order one for myself fast enough after that. I had to go round and round for weeks to get mine because it was advertised as 15 + 1 but really had 16-round mags and I'm in Colorado with its stupid 15-round limit. I spend the whole time worrying that mine wouldn't be as accurate as my friend's, but that was a foolish worry. Mine is every bit as wonderful.

Ditto, congrats.

JDL,
I believe the sights are luminescent. After exposure to a light source they "hold" the light for a period of time and give off a glow. I've never timed them but they do grow fainter as the hours pass.

I got one about a month ago, gun is accurate and seems reliable at this time, have to do alittle more shooting with it before it becomes my go to gun.
