Title: Where to buy receiver side rail?

I know that CSA offers it, but they want 12 bucks for shipping.
Anybody else sell this and offer better shipping?

Unfortunately, that's the cheapest option.  Call them and see if they'll lower the price on shipping (a lot of times those prices are automated and can be adjusted to actual if you call).  Shipping should be ~1/2 that.
