this just arrived last week. I was on the fence to buy another CZ pistol [75 compact] but this was to intriguing to pass up. the first pics are all stock. the last one is what I hope it will look like when Im done. I already ordered the quad rails for it.

These are fun to shoot!!! The front sight is atrocious to adjust, although it sounds like you are taking that off to install the quad rails. Good luck with the mods!

this has the S/W magwell. it only comes w/1 10rnd mag, so I bought 2/15 rounders for it.

Been wanting a Sub 2k for a long time. May have to break down and Gunbroker it someday if in the next couple of years they don't come available. Nice buy.

thanks fellas. ill post a range report this week some time if, and when the weather warms up a bit. right now its 14 deg and the rest of the week is mid 30s in the afternoon. good thing it only takes about a half hour to shoot 75 to 100 rnds :D

In my experience ammo makes a huge difference...I went with a 25 yd zero and was able to group nicely within a 2 inch diameter circle using expensive 115gr. Next mag loaded with 115gr re-manufacture cheap brand was printing in a 6 inch diameter with a couple of fliers!!
Will be interested to see what experience. Happy shooting!!

yikes :o most of my ammo is freedom munitions rmf 115gr. mabey I will start out with WWB

switch out the mag catch for the SIG and you can use your CZ mags.

ok. some of the stuff I ordered came in. I really like the quad rail. had trouble with it becoming loose after a few mags, so I used blue locktight on it. solid as a rock now. the grip pod is also nice addition [Xmas present from the family ;D] also added are a pacmayer grip and a stock extension. only thing left is the FO front sight which is on its way. aside from some FTE. this gun is a blast to shoot. at 50yds, I put 15 shots out of 15 on a 10" paper plate. mostly dead center

Impressive group...especially using factory sight out of the box!! I removed mine today and installed the RLP after market...hope I can make it to the range over the weeked to dial it in :D

UPDATE: Pretty well on at 25yds after a few windage and elevation tweaks...maybe one more click but want to next try at 50yds - I'm pleased with the finer (and easier) adjustment of the RLP sight versus the factory version

very nice group. I need to get back out before my range membership closes. been having some FTE issues. ive tried WW box, Rem. UMC and freedom munitions. all 115gr. the failure casings are all chewed up. I just ordered some 147 gr from freedom and want to try that. here is a pic of the ejection port when I cleaned it. its chewed up to. thinking of smoothing it out with a dremel, but want to call kel tec first.

Wow! sorry to about the FTE's and the ejection port damage...maybe K-T will send a new receiver cover and provide some guidance on the FTE's. Will be interested to hear the outcome!

yes i did. i called kel tec and told them of the issues i was having. they emailed me an RMA label and i sent it off for repair. just got it back a couple weeks ago. went to the range last weekend and didnt have a single issue with it ;D i had them remove the front sight as well so i could put a red dot on it. ill post a pic tonight after work. i think it looks pretty sharp. NOW its a blast to shoot 8)
