Tightened her down to hard, I guess, and put a crack in it. David Tillander to the rescue. I found out he does grips for the K2 and ordered some OD green ones. Here is a pic:

Nice. I want one! The grips and the pistol.
Thanks for the pic.

Very nice! I plan on getting one too and have been researching these very grips.

I bought those in white when I cracked a factory grip. You can tell the material has a little more give to it, so shouldn't be as brittle. I'd recommend to any K2-45 buyer to pick up a set of those BEFORE you crack a factory one, because you're gonna crack one. They cost less than a box of .45 ammo, and it might save you some down time.

Sound advice. I had read that about the K2 45, but ignored it. The Tillander grips do seem more flexible and have a better grip feel to them, if that makes sense. I am gonna get me another pair when I decide what color. Does anyone know where I can get some extra screws, since they don't come with the grips.

Nice looking grips. Just one question. How is the thickness compared to the factory grips?

Thanks for the heads up bad. I just ordered a set of pearly whites. I wonder if he does teeth too? :)

The thickness is exactly the same. He makes molds using a pair of factory grips, then molds his from that. They're the same as factory grips except the material is slightly more flexible, and he's now apparently taken the SAR logos out of his mold.
