Does your stock have the default downward angle or do you use a straight stock?
If you use a straight stock, what kind of adapter do you use? What kind of stock do you have?

North Eastern Arms straight stock adapter. Milspec tube and CTR Magpul stock.
Front optic mount I have used both NEA and Zahal style. Both are good.
Aimpoint and Eotech for red dot. Happy with both.

The SA Vzor 58V (para w/wire folding stock - VZ2008 variant clone) was evidently originally designed and angled for use of iron sights. Makes sense to me to be angled.
Let me over think this for ya. :o
Fit to function (angle, pull length, etc.) depends on things such as:
~type of optic(s) you are/will be utilizing
~front rail layout and height of lasers/lights
~personal preference (i.e.: line of sight, check weld, etc.)
~field of use and gear (t-shirt, heavy winter coats, plate carrier/vest, being a fat bastard like me)
~the angle of the dangle is directly proportional to the heat of... wait never mind. :P
I just cut the weld on a CSA VZ58 Pistol back plate and swivel last night and fit up a Stormwerkz straight back adapter which strangely does not line up straight in line with the receiver on the top and bottom and still appears to have a slight downward cant. WTH? ::)

That has got to be sweet.
Saw this online -- I love the look and apparent function of this AKM conversion with the ACE FSM-AR folding mechanism and the Magpul stock.

If this floats your boat, you could potentially (YMMV) do this on a VZ.58 with the Stormwerkz slanted or straight adapter.
I seriously would take this route myself if it was a right side folder and not left which interferes with the the optics rail.
