I got my C&R license a few months ago. Would like to order a CZ82 but I still have yet to find any from the common C&R dealers. Any of you guys have a source for one at a decent price?
-
They come in and out of stock at most of the dealers. You can put it on your wish list for places like Classic Firearms or SOG, and then they will notify you by email when they are in stock again.
The other option is GunBroker.
-
Been watching them all lately. Not seeing much in terms of CZ-82 availability.
-
I got lucky recently...somebody on this forum saw my post on this thread and sold me a very nice CZ-82 at a great price. You can see the thread at http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=71026.0
So don't give up. Keep looking and keep putting the word out...they're still out there!

I have signed up at:
classic firearms
southern ohio gun
bud's guns
wideners
impact
I'm in the hunt for one...

You forgot Aim Surplus. They were the most recent to have in stock, picked a very nice one from them recently.

The Algonquin IL Gander Mountain had one yesterday in pretty good shape. They wanted $325 for it, so I didn't buy it.
-
I still see 'em...just not as frequently as a year ago. And it seems as though the prices have gone up a bit. Seems like a buyer would need to be pretty persistent to find a good deal right now.
-
J & G Sales has them sometimes too. That's where I purchased mine. Right now all they have is the CZ-75.

Keep looking. I've got a couple and they're fantastic guns.

Over the last three years I bought nine CZ82 pistols (only have six left) - They are one of my absolute favorite overall handgun designs.
I purchased the first two from Widener's, and the other seven all came through GunBroker.com. I keep watching this forum's classified section, Classic Firearms, AIM Surplus, J&G Sales, Southern Ohio Guns, Century International, and probably a couple more places that slip my mind at the moment, and never see any. GunBroker almost always has a couple or three listed for sale at any given time. Keep looking - the CZ82 is definitely a worthwhile pursuit.

I have two both were sent to ROBAR for rework and carry one them daily. The most accurate handgun for me to shoot and in my opinion my GOTO defensive handgun.

I just sold a nice CZ82 on GunBroker yesterday. After a little over a week, the high bid was $260.00 plus S/H of $30.00, for a price of $290.00 delivered to a verified FFL dealer.
Unfortunately, to ship it to an 03 FFL C&R Licensee costs more, since I cannot mail it through the Post Office. To avoid a local transfer fee and get a decent deal on shipping to an 03FFL, you do usually have to buy one from a high volume seller like AIM, SOG, Classic Firearms, etc., IF you can find one in stock.
They are still available, just getting harder to find.
-
I have one and often consider selling it. I simply do not shoot it often enough. I got it from AIM a few years ago. It is a great gun just don't shoot s ton of Mak anymore.

If near Middle TN, Armslist TN (date Oct. 13) has one in Nashville for $350.
It looks really good and has two original magazines.
I don't think that he wants to ship, and he has not responded to a text that I've driven to within approx. 90 miles of there for previous gun deals in Waverly TN.
Woops-just noticed that this topic began in February. :-[
