Title: Finally broke it in.
Post by: ss on February 25, 2015, 11:20:09 PM: Well finally got around to getting to the range the other day. I've had my combat for 2 months now with all the cajun parts in for almost 2 months as well. All i can say is wow. The accuracy of this gun is incredible and the trigger is even better.

I brought 4 types of ammo from the cheap to some points and everything went through without any problems. The only 2 issue's it had was the pre travel was adjusted so short it didn't reset. Easy enough fix and the floating trigger pin would have to be pushed back after every 3 or 4 mags. That's another easy fix as well.

Overall i am extremely happy with the 85 and am contemplating getting rid of my 1911 for a 97 now. It's a dilemma for sure and I'm pretty torn on what to do.
