Stupid question, but can it be done? There are a bunch of the 380 ones for cheap out there. Not sure on barrel availability but i bet people would buy into a run of them...

It's a fixed-barrel, so I don't think you can replace it without mangling the gun. Also, .32 is a rimmed cartridge, so feeding & extraction would probably be different from the .380.

The barrel can certainly be changed, because I've read posts where this has been done after a kaboom incident. But I don't know if the outside diameter of the 380 and 32 barrels are the same, so they may not fit in the same frame without modification
