Title: SA shooting grip?

I've been shooting my SA with a "high-hold" 1911 style grip, with the strong hand thumb resting on the safety.  What style are other posters using?  I assume owners of double action CZs position their thumb under the safety since it sits a little higher on the frame than on the SA.  Are posters who own DA and SA CZs using the same grip style "across-the-board" or are others using the "high-hold" grip on their SAs?
