With the recent purchases of CAI vz2008 VZ.58 variant, there are evidently some folks that have found their way to the Czfirearms.us forum that are new to the intricacies, modifications, and operation of the gun, therefore the following links may be helpful. The Czech Samopal (Machine Gun) Model (Vzor) 58 is commonly referred to as the ?vz.58? in the U.S. And Canada.

Revision. Added an AK47 build video from AK Operators Union/Definitive Arms that demonstrates some of the same process and alignment techniques for headspace barrel sights etc. Even though AK receiver is stamped with riveted trunnions, the setting of the barrel is similar and the video shows some "best practices" IMHO. Link was added to build section, which is at the bottom of reference.
