It took just one trip to the range to convince me my new 85B needs better sights. Right now I'm planning on purchasing the factory tritium set by Meprolight and I'm looking for advice from experienced CZ tinkerers as to the best method to use to install the new sights.
I'm fairly experienced at light gunsmithing and have done dozens of sight replacements on my own pistols and rifles, and have some specialized tools but nothing that I suspect will work OK with the CZ rear sight (most of the tools I use are set up specifically for Novak-style sights).
So how do you all do it? The old tap/whack it in place with a punch method? Is there a reasonably priced sight tool available?
Also, what size roll pin punch is needed to get the pin out for the front sight - 2 mm?
As always, thanks in advance!

I have replaced the front and rear sights on A CZ85, SP-01,P-02 and a P-07 and P-09.
Every one of them came off with a wack from a brass punch while the slide was in a padded vice. The only exception was my P-09 front sight that would not come off. I heated it with a heat gun and finally had to get a bigger hammer and really wack it which destroyed the night sight, but I didn't want it anyway. It was unbelievably tight.
All the rear sights I used took a good bit of sanding or filing to get to fit but it was not a big deal.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
