Title: Anyone have idea? help needed

Hi all,

need some quick insight,   just took my ultra reliable PO6 to the range with a newbie... at first magazine change I noticed the Decocker moving "out' to the left/ out of place,  I could easily push it back into place, BUT did not shoot any more rounds.     Can anyone give a quick 'idea' about what is going on? why?

this gun has never had any issues like this.  Don't have time to search and figure it out.. looking for some quick answers.

Sounds like the decocker lever spring. It rides in a groove in the decocker to keep it from walking out.
