Took the new rifle out to stalk some Wild Hogs & walked up on an entire sounder in the Atchafalaya Basin w/ 30+ in it!!! Had 2 10-round mags taped back to back, loaded w/ CCI 40 grain HP & Round Nose alternating; must have fired 40 rounds after reloading. Hit many more than in photo, but dropped these. Looked like a small herd of bison running in front of me after the initial shot.

Nice work Lyle and welcome to the Forum.
The hogs here in OK are too large for 22LR.
-
Maybe his is 22 WMR?
-
Yes, this is a .22WMR.

Welcome to the forum from Virginia. Looks like your rifle already paid for itself. Hope you have a BIG freezer. - Bodene

Thanks. Knocked the dust off of 15 this season; this being the latest.

Knocked down a couple more this past weekend, for the Spring Squirrel Opener. Added a 1.5-4.5X Turkey Scope for quick sight acquisition, with a circle in the center of the reticle; making the eye go straight to zero.
