Title: Which one???
Post by: slickshot223 on November 30, 2015, 09:52:25 PM
If you were buying a 452, would you buy the beech stock or the walnut??? As I read the various posts and thoughts about the 452, it would seem that it would be a better investment than maybe the later models!!    ???????

If you buy beech you're limited to the trainer or Ultra-Lux.

In Walnut there are more choices.

The American models are easier to scope, and all the sighted models have the excellent tangents.

Depending on what you want to do you can't lose.

when it comes to the dress, its the guts that matter.  Sometimes the dress can improve accuracy, but you shouldn't have any issues with that as long as there isnt any issues.

there are some that put alot of $$$ into the dress, but if thats all youre after, thats all you may get.

Get the gun you will shoot, have fun with and enjoy.

Worry about the "investment" later.  If your lucky, you will have had alot of fun time with your toy and then $$$ will be down the list.

If you really want to "invest" in a CZ, look at the 453s where they are not made/imported anymore.  Or look at the CZ 453 Lux and see if the price floats your boat.

I prefer the 453s with the SST.  Its something i had no experience with until i got one and now i will look for the SST.
