Got the pre-production prototype 10X compact bushing in today and they are extremely nice! Barrel locks up with -0- play at the muzzle and will simply replace the loose OEM bushing with no modifications whatsoever. This is "in white" but will look exactly like the final production version which will be black oxide.
The full size bushings should be in any day now.

cool.
I may get one to try

Do they need to be fit to your barrel or do they drop straight in? Have you done before/ after grouping yet?

Awesome. Can't wait till these are available for sale. Could you give us the option for polished or black?

Is the barrel in the picture flushed and crowned? If so, a picture with a unmodified barrel would be appreciated.

Schmeky is David, the owner of Cajun Gun Works.
This is one of 2 great CZ parts and customization shops we have here. The other being CZ Custom.

Does anyone know if this will fit the CZ 75 SAO Shadow. The barrel is the same .550 (heavy barrel) not sure if the slide it cut the same.
Thanks

"The full size bushings should be in any day now." That means Shadow in Cajun speak.

Very nice!

David is going to have to have some little retail system made where I can register and anytime a new product is made for a pistol I own I'm notified, billed, and receive a package in the mail. It's not worth fighting it manually any longer...

Copied from the Enos website today from Dan Pacella's post:
Earlier I posted the exact question I asked of DNROI (as to the legality of the barrel bushing).
Here's the response I got from Troy just a few minutes ago:
Troy McManus <mactiger@eatel.net> 4:00 PM (1 minute ago) to me I took a look at it on the web page. I don't see this as an external modification, and it would be legal if it simply replaces the OFM part, and the gun had a bushing to begin with.

SP01SHADOW you have done it again! Excellent follow up work on these bushings, now I can order one for my 75 compact and SP-01! Thanks for doing the leg work and sending the inquiry.
-
I actually did not ask the question. A guy on Enos sent the email and I copied it from his post earlier today. I need to edit my posts to reflect this as I take no credit for the news. I am, however, extremely glad that the new bushings are viewed for what they are and will be legal for Production as I feel they should be. I certainly hope everyone on here got one if they wanted one because after Troy has proclaimed the bushing legal for production and the word gets out, good luck on getting one.

Thanks for passing that 'valuable info' along to us.
Really good news.
