Title: Mag Loader for CZ83
Post by: Tom Kanas on August 23, 2002, 08:57:11 PM
Does anyone use a mag loader for their CZ83?  I'm wearing out my thumb trying to load them.  I never have been able to get 10 Mak rounds into my mags, even 9 is tough.  If you do...what kind and where do you get them?  Thanks.
Tom

Any double stack 9mm loader will help you in your quest.  This problem is very typical of CZ's.  Just make sure its for a 9mm..the 40's and up will be too big to help.
* Also You can load your mags as full as you can get them...9rnds and leave it for a couple of days.  Empty it and try again..if it wont take the 10th, do it again.  The springs in the mags are old CZ 1ton truck springs :D  kidding..but this will help.  Soon your mags will take 10 rnds and not kill your hands.  Breaking in the springs is what is needed...shooting it/using the springs helps too.
