Let's have fun everyone!

Are you saying that it has to be completely inside rather than breaking the line?
-
How do I follow this thread. Sounds fun. Is there a way to have new posts show up in email or something so I can find the thread easily?

Yes Sir! Inside line to count.

Well, I think I might try this for the kicks. I bought a Wally World Savage Mark II F for under $150. Gonna give it a try.

Well, I went to the range before work today for the May scoped challenge. Not the best results but here are some pics, and here is what I was shooting.
- Savage Arms, Mark II F, Wally World special (paid $135, non-AccuTrigger (not adjustable))
- $30 Bushnell scope (Wally World special)
- Federal lead round nose ammo (on sale at Dick's Sporting Goods)
Everything here is stock, straight out of the box. The gun hasn't been cleaned in about 300 rounds, so I know the barrel is dirty. I didn't care. Just wanted to get out to the range and relax before work. You know how it is . . .
Enjoy.

Somebody help me. I can't seem to figure out how to post pics. I clicked on the "Insert Image" button but nothing pops up allowing me to put in pictures.
There used to be a sticky, but I can't find it. ::)
You need to host your photos online like at photobucket, flickr, imgur, or any pic hosting site. I don't recommend google photos because they move the pics around and the links go dead.
You then link to the picture in it's actual location. HTH.
-
Hmmm. I just joined Imgur and tried to put the photos in, but nothing happened.
Paste the link in your post and then highlight the link. Then click the Mona Lisa icon on the very left of the middle row above the smileys.

YAHOO!!! It worked!!! See pics above.
On a related note, how do I make it so the pictures aren't so huge? It seems some folks posts have big pics like mine, and you have to scroll to see. Others are smaller and seem to fit within the page, with no need to scroll left to right.
Now..., I'm going to go home, give my rifle a good cleaning and try it again with CCI mini-mags and see if it makes any difference in accuracy.

Some sites, like flickr, allow you to choose a size. There is also a way by using html to specify a size.
A quick imgur fix... http://meta.stackexchange.com/questions/25051/resizing-an-image-in-a-post

Jedman....Great Job!
You are welcome to give it another try this month also.
Thanks for joining the rimfire match!
-
Thanks, Riptide. That's mighty neighborly of you.

It's all about having fun at the range! :D

Well here is mine!
Just wish I could count. :o I had feeding problems with one mag which made me loose count.
Range was VERY windy yesterday. Took a while to shoot this target. Every time a gust came up, I needed to re-focus.
Score is 40
Can't figure out why it is posting double.

Double pasted the link I guess Rip. ;)

Well, Riptide, give it another go-round! I clean my rifles today. I hope to be able to head out tomorrow morning before work. This time I'm going to try CCI mini-mags and see if it makes a difference.
Peace.

Here's mine. I'll let Rip score it... :P
CZ 452 FS Leupold 4x SK STD+. 4x is not enough for this target.

Impresive painter...I give it a 60.
Nice shooting.
-
FYI
Jedman was 50.
-
I'm going to give it a second try with a clean rifle and CCI minimags and see if there's any difference. I'm going either Monday or Tuesday depending on weather.
-
Okay, so here are some pics from my 2nd try yesterday (sorry I didn't get this posted until today. Got way too busy at work yesterday).
My son came with me. His target is labeled "Jonathan" and mine is of course, "Dad".
I'm not sure if using CCI minimags really made much difference compared to the bulk ammo I shot the first time (pics of first trip earlier on up this thread).
Please score this, Rip, and let me know if there is any difference between this and the first time around. I'm guessing they're going to be pretty similar.
(On a related note, I just noticed you shot yours with elbows only. That's pretty darn impressive!)
