Here's a cellphone photo of the CZ-40P I picked up a few years ago. I know there's been some discussion about "night sights" on the 40P; my gun has what look like white dot sights but shining a bright flashlight on them energizes what ever glow media painted on the sights.
The two different .40 S&W rounds represent what the past and current issue ammo we've used in CBP when we transitioned from the Glock 17 to the H&K USP 2000SK 6 years ago. The top round is a Winchester Ranger T Series; the bullet looks like the bullet used for the Black Talon rounds without the nyclad. The big, old, ugly ammo on the bottom is made by Federal, I think its there 180 grain HST ammo. Reminds me of the "old" .45 ACP flying ashtrays of old...

I think the Ranger SXT is the son of the black talon (w/out the coating).
The 40P is one of my favorite pistols to shoot.
