I know its an odd choice ,fits really well "I did my research this time" , looks great to me anyway .
mounted it this afternoon and went to the backyard to do some sighting , used the 2 shot method worked like charm.
wanted the side focus , and really like the side focus .
wanted a finer crosshair , I got it , actually 6 of them with the DOA 600
thought I would want more than 9X , but the clear view and fine crosshairs are better than 14x and 16x scopes I had tried.

pic of the fine crosshairs , no squirrels were harmed in the taking of this pic :)
but the little rascal is hiding by the tree at about 30 yards and the scope is on 4X

Looks great to me too!

what rings?
-
Talley rings , the high ones .600", if I recall correctly , bought them originally in the extra tall for use with other scopes with the rear sight in place.
-
correction I think the rings are thee .500"

Good looking setup you have!

thanks :) , there are other scopes that function as well perhaps ,but none had the style that fit the gun as well . to be honest I had not considered Bushnell for years . seems most scopes now days have styling geared towards black guns .

been wanting more scope for my lux , but the 4-14x44 Bushnell legend was just a hair too big .
so I dig out the dremel after some thought and end up with the clearance needed :)
