Title: Anyone use the .22 Kadet kit on their PCR?
Post by: Marko9x18 on April 08, 2002, 11:08:44 AM
Just wondering if any of you have used the .22 Kadet kit on your PCR?  I've been thinking of picking up a kit to use on my fullsize 75B, but wasn't sure if it would also fit my PCR (which would be ideal, since it is the pistiol I carry most often).  Initially, I seem to recall that the Kadet kit would fit, but I recently saw a post on another board that said it wouldn't work with the PCR.

Anyone kow for sure from personal experience?

Thanks a lot and take care.  Marko

I use a Kadet kit on a CZ 75 D Compact while my daughter uses a kit on her PCR. I also use the kit on a 75B 40 cal. If you use the kit on a 40 cal. you need a slide stop designed for the 9mm. Hope this helps.

CZ40B:

Thanks for the quick response.  I was pretty darn sure I could use the kit, but the fellow who said the kit doesn't fit the PCR threw me off.

I've been looking at some of the .22 plinkers in the local shops, but then i realized that for about the same price I can have a .22 pistol that is exactly the same as my carry gun.

Thanks again and take care.  Marko

Marko,

There is also a lot of detailed info at the "Kadet Klub"(I think in two different threads too)
