Tried a box, it didn't consistently cycle my Sig M11A1 or 9mm Dan Wesson Valor.

It's not a new concept.  The same thing has been done in several different variations over the years and they usually fade away after a couple of years.  The laws of Physics are pretty much set in stone, so every time someone comes up with a new whiz bang way to defeat them, they trade off something else.

I'll just stick with the old tried and true bullets that I know will work and hope that I never have to actually test them in a bad situation.

Hope this helps.

Even if these "magic bullets" performed as advertised shot placement in a defensive situation is still the key to stopping the threat. Always has been and always will be.

I'm not sure the heavy guitar riff and rockin' ballistic gelatin did it for me.
