Title: Will 455 barrel fit in a 452 Trainer?

Will CZ part number 00217 (threaded 455 American .22 LR barrel) fit the 452 Trainer or Scout?

Nope.  452 barrels are threaded into the action.  455 barrels are a slip fit.  Two totally different barrels as far as mounting goes.
