I recently purchased three rifle cases from "PLANO".  These were very reasonably priced and they are the mother of rifle cases.  This is the case in which you would ship your $5K Safari gun to Africa.  FYI

I bought two of these for two different assault rifles and their attachments.  A third will hold my Striker and it's additional barrels and attachments.

I used a waterjet. It took a couple attempts so I purchased some extra foam locally.
