Title: Redhead Ejector Problems

I have a Redhead Deluxe O/U that will not eject empty shell casings after firing. At the range the break open action is extremely hard to open after firing and the ejector might randomly eject one of the empty's 3 times out of a 100. When I get home from the range it will eject empty shell casings as it is designed to do(cooled down ?)and then the break open action is very easy(and it ejects the shell casing every time)
Has anyone else had this problem? How can I fix it ? I have had the gun about a year and have probably shot 500 rounds total through it..

assuming you're in the US, I'd be on the phone to CZ-USA to arrange for it to go back for warranty work.
