I saw this before, but searching, it appears it was most likely this firearm blog post: http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2014/12/12/cz-52-police-carbine/
But personally, I'd much rather have in original configuration... Those 52/57s have seemed pricey relative to the Vz 58s, but with VZ2008s now hitting $700, the 52/57s seem much more affordable...
And quite frankly, if ammo availability/cost wasn't a concern, the 52 7.62x45 Czech caliber would be perfection IMO. Much preferred to an SKS for me. YMMV.

Yeah I agree, esp. with that heat shroud around the barrel. Someone else posted the same comment on the Gun Lab site.
