Website? Turn around time?

Website? Turn around time?

And what's it cost to have the K work done?

Guarantee concentric threading to the bore(silly question being that you've done a ton but I must ask anyways)?

No need to remove the barrel fixation?

And I thought I'd one of the only ones looking to get my barrel done before the handguard was in my possession!

Website is being rebuilt this week
Most times its same day turn around but realistically a week
I run .001 or less runout on barrels
They are all pulled from the trunnion now and I reset them and stake after done, far more accurate and easier now. Had a lot of barrels with problems running 4 jaw or cats head trying to indicate in the bores otherwise
I'm at just over 400 barrels this year most people know me on the CZ Facebook page as thats where I mainly roam
$115 shipped if I am disassembling the gun or not on the K cut
$115 shipped on factory length recuts if I'm disassembling
$82 shipped on factory length recuts on barrels only

Thanks for the reply Taylor. I have just a couple more questions specific to the barrel work I want done.

1-Additional cost to thread in 13.5x1LH?

2-Additional cost to cut shorter than HBi's K specs(I want to go 4.5")?

3-Additional cost to perm attach a tri lug without using Rocksett?

Those are the only other questions I got for you before I ship it out. I can ship it to you within a few days(have to pull the barrel still). Thank you for your answers! I look forward to doing business with you.

Im not doing 13.5LH right now, gearing for the lathe walked away it seems and Jet doesn't make a set anymore. Have another machine coming in here within a few months.

No additional if you want me to go 4.5 its the same $115 shipped back if I do disassembly or not on that type of cut

I torque on the Lugs, best way I have found is Loctite red just a drop and usually about 10ftlb probably put on 100 or so now and only 2 people ever reported back having them come loose

Thanks for answering all my questions. I wanted to go 13.5xLH because that's what is in stock right now at hkparts; they're out of 1/2x28 tri lugs. Griffin wants $70 for theirs whereas hkparts makes a fine adapter and they sell for $50.

What about 1/2x36? Those tri lug adapters are in stock...

I'll probably just buy the bleep Griffin tri lug for $20 more if I have to so I can get this over with...

Coco,
HK has the Scorpion 3 lug in stock that works on the 1/2-28 and the 18x1mm for $59. https://www.hkparts.net/shop/pc/3-Lug-Adapter-For-CZ-Scorpion-Evo-ON-SALE-5p17616.htm

So if I were to purchase a barrel and fixation and had it sent to you and get a ready made, cut to HBi specs K barrel what would that run?

Thanks. I have the 18x1mm version now. That particular adapter(as does mine) will add more length than a regular 1/2x28, 1/2x36, or 13.5x1 would though. I'm trying to keep it as short as possible.

He said $115 on k cuts whether he has to disassemble and reassemble the gun or not. So I'd imagine $115 still.

The reason HK parts is out of Lugs is because I buy 100 at a time, if you need some I have 7 left of 1/2x28

Or it could be that Adam Webber is on his way to federal jail for 20 years after getting convicted of filing  false tax returns and dealing firearms without a lic.

Doesn't mean anything Adam has people running the show now in his place. HK parts it's going anywhere.
