Looks like Pakistan has entered into a letter of understanding (LOU) to license and manufacture the CZ Bren 806 in 7.62x39mm.

I hope the 7.62x39 kits will come to the USA - Although CZ did not sell the 805 here as a MULTI-CAL, it would be nice to have conversions as an option.
I bought an ACR years ago and there is still nothing from the factory.
I am afraid that the barrels for said CZ conversions manufactured overseas will not be legal here.
CZ-USA, so far, does not offer barrel trunnions or gas blocks to add to a US manufactured barrel.
To overcome this, I just bought a second 805. On the downside, it is an expensive way to get the parts to modify the 805. On the plus side I do not have to make an expensive spare parts order now!
Anyhow, I do not think caliber conversion kits are coming but I bet we will be able to buy complete rifles in other calibers- we know 300 Blackout rifles are coming to the US in 2017.
Like in most things - time will tell...

Type 5, I posted a similar lament on another forum. How easy is it to swap barrel and trunnion in the 805? Thought it was going to be multi-cal but crickets on that option so far. Interested to know whether the design makes it easy to do. Matt

I've heard stories of folks having barrels made. Barrel? Sure. But without reunion it doesn't amount to much.
I guess some enterprising soul could spec a stock barrel and machine the whole shebang. Sounds time and money intensive
