Title: 9mm RAMI Self Defense Round Preference?
Post by: Tyerone on December 17, 2016, 02:58:36 PM
I'm a believer in 147gr slow poke for SD in my other 3" barrel pistols, Fed HST standard pressure.

What works reliably in your RAMI?

I didn't run 147gr loads in my first session with my new Rami.  I had 4 FTF nose dives using WIN NATO -- the best grouping load for my full size CZ.  No prob with 115gr Rem FMJ or Blazer Brass 124.

I've done a lot of testing with my Rami at 25 yards with a variety a match grade bullets.  It prefers 124/125 grain bullets for accuracy at that distance.

Thanks for your reply.  I just posted my updated experience in the RAMI forum.  It has choked on 115, 124NATO and 147 grain ammo. :'(

The wife's RAMI pistols are topped off with Hornaday 115gr Critical Defense ammo, works quite well.
Tyerone, is this a new gun and have you contacted CZ-USA yet?
