Finally picked up my new 455 Varmint - first CZ - on Friday evening. Very happy with the feel and the fit-n-finish.
Took it home and dropped on a Sweet22 3-9x scope that was "spare", and hit the range on Sunday morning. Indoors, 25 yards max, but great for sighting in.
Tried a few different ammos (Eley Target, Wolf Match Extra, Norma Match22, CCI SV, etc.) and the Eley Target came out tops, followed by the Wolf. Since I have Eley on hand all the time for the other rifles, I decided to shoot 4 5-shot groups just to see how it went. The target dots are 2" diameter.
For a brand new gun, after maybe 50-60 rounds prior to this sheet, I'm pretty happy :) The test target that came with it showed a much wider spread than any of these.
Technique was bipod, shoulder, and sitting, forward elbow could be rested on the table, but not the aft one.

You"re gonna love that Varmint. Don't pay any attention to the test target, that is a function test only.

Please post up how it does when you can stretch it out after our 'winter'. ;)
