Title: SBR Questions for CZ Scorpion

Hello All, I am filling up my Form 1 as Trust, to SBR my scorpion.

I have a quick question, for box 4h, do i need to fill that box? if yes am I supposed to put the name of my Trust only ? Do i also need to include my trust address?
Also for box 4J, should I check the firearm box since i don't think an SBR is considered as a destructive weapon..

Box 4J you leave blank. It is not a destructive weapon. Destructive weapon to my understanding is like grenade launcher and the like.

Box 4H will have the name of your trust. It will also be what is engraved on your Scorpion once your Form 1 is approved.

I agree with pewpew4life. Per the Block 4h instructions, enter the name of the trust, city and state

 Make sure you spell everything correct or they will disapprove it.  ::). I misspelled trust trsut (fat fingered the keys) and they disappproved and had to resubmit it.  They even kicked me to the back of the line and I learned a valuable lesson.  Good news it was approved today and my Scorpion finally has a stock on it.

I had a dealer flip two of the letters of my trust name around. The ATF did NOT catch it and approved the stamp. Being that it was spelled wrong, I couldn't take possession. The dealer called the ATF and was told to mail the approved stamp back with a corrected form 4 and they'd handle it....added about 3weeks to the wait.

Thank you for all your response, say(knock on wood) if i messed up my form, do I have to wait whole 6-8 months again?

They threw me to the back of the line and I had to resubmit Andy pay another $200 and wait for the refund of the disapproved stamp. I was pissed but it was my own fault.
