Title: Manticore slidingstock issue

I finally got my stamp back and shot the scorpion for the firsttime with the sliding stock and every few shots it would collapse by a notch or 2 anybody else had this problem? Any suggestions

Contact them or have you even contacted them. Sven will make it right. No worries. keep us posted

Jason,

Send an email to info@manticorearms.com with your full contact info and describing the issue.

We had a few springs from our soring manufacturer that were out if spec and can cause that issue. We will send you a replacement stock and a retirn labelfor your current stock.

Yup, that was me with the same issue.

They had a bad batch of springs that got used in one of the early runs/batches. Mine got to the point where I could slap it with my hand and it would collapse.



I simply contacted Sven via email and he got a new stock sent out to me with a shipping label within the box so I could just drop the problematic stock in the same box, swap out shipping labels, and ship it back.

Manticore will take of you. My replacement has a couple thousand rounds on it with no issues. I am mostly pleased with how it was handled and am happy with my replacement.


EDIT: I guess Sven was typing at the same time as me and beat me...

Not only was i typing at the same time, I was doing it from my hotel room inGermany while I am at IWA ... How is *that* for customer service? 😉

Thanks to great service from manticore my scorpion is back together and ready to go the new stock has a noticably stiffer spring than the one I took off so I don't for see having this problem again
