Okay so I detail stripped my P-10C and got it put back together without breaking anything and made a quick video. I'm not a professional Youtuber so I apologize for the lack of polish.

Mine was stiff but loosened up quickly. It also wasn't dropping mags freely at first. They would come partially out and then drop after I released the button. So I did a quick polish job on the release lever and 2 spots on the release button. Now mags shoot out just like my P07. There's a video in the compact forum, and now YouTube, about polishing it.
