Hello fellow CZ P10C owners - just got mine on last Friday. UNFORTUNATELY it didn't have the backstrap retention pin in it - this was factory new in the box. I called CZ on Friday - they said I had to send it back to them, as they don't have any spare parts. I asked the rep on the phone what the size of the pin was, I would buy one on my own instead of sending it back for who knows how long. They didn't know the size (diameter) or length.
Can someone please measure their pin for diameter and length and post it in this thread?
Thank you in advance,
tire iron

I'm not exactly sure but I used a 5/64 punch to get it out. It is not a solid pin, rather it is open all the way through.

Just take it to your LGS and they'll put a new pin in. Mine LGS had a whole box of hollow pins and he found one in the right diameter and then used a dremel to cut it down in length. Works perfectly and didn't cost me a thing. I screwed up my original pin when I took it out.

Cut a drill bit to the required size. If you have nothing to do it with, contact me and I will take care of you.

Thank you gents! I will try the above and report back what happens.
