Hey CZ/Brno fans. Thought I'd post a pic of my new addition--since that's what we do.
Resporterized a VZ-22 BRNO. Douglas premium barrel (243), Hogue stock, and a nice little Redfield scope. Matte black hot blue finish. Can't wait for range day!

Thank you Sir! I have 3 resporterized Mauser 98s
1. Had a M24 Yugo that I sent into ER Shaw and they did a bang up job. Re-blued the action to a very nice gloss and polished the bolt...and put one of their barrels on it. Then I put a Boyd's laminated stock on it. Chambered in 8x57. Amazing looking. Really brought it back to life.
2. Resporterized a VZ-22 with a match grade Kongsberg military stepped Barrel, cerakoated the barrel and action with FDE, and put a black hogue stock. Turned out to be nice and Tacticool :).
3. And then the 243 in the picture.

You are most Welcome! I have three sporterized Mausers and one Commercial Interarms Mark X Mauser in .30/06.
1.) 98K Mauser sporter in 7x57mm Mauser, with Douglas Sporter Profile Barrel, in a Rhinehart Fajen Classic Stock.
2.) 98K Mauser Shuetzen sporter in .30/06, with German Heavy Target Barrel, Double Set Triggers, German Sporter Stock with Redfield Target Scope
3.) Columbian Military 98 .30/06 Military Action and Barrel, mounted in Ramline Stock, Military Iron Sights only. Makes for a nice utility pack rifle.
