Title: What time is it?

This isn't a subject of great portent or anything, but what time zone is the CZ Forum in?  

Here in the Pacific Time Zone it is now 9:29 p.m January 6, 2006.

I know that this is going to post showing something totally different.

15:22 EST matched the time on the post, so it looks like the Time Zone is EST (GMT - 5).

Now the really big question...Why is it set on Eastern Time?

Couple of guesses:

1)  That's the physical location of the servers
2)  That's what KEV wanted when he set up the CZ Forum.
